We’re growing fast and looking for a talented Customer Support Superstar to join our team. We are the front lines for our company and are responsible to make sure every customer has a great experience using our services. The primary interactions are over the phone but we also provide great online chat and email support.
- We’re expanding internationally, and require someone who is bilingual in English & Spanish
- A professional, helpful and friendly attitude, coupled with the ability to listen, teach and elicit information efficiently
- Any form of Customer Relations/Support experience is preferred - Tech support or sales is a plus!
- Strong phone and email communication skills, with a passion for interacting with customers
- Accurate and fast typing skills
- Ability to work with word processor, spreadsheet and CRM applications
- Confidence and willingness to make outbound telephone calls to current and future customers is a must
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Willingness to make a difference and be creative -- everyone's contributions are valued and encouraged
- 4 Year college degree is preferred
- A passion for, or training in, web/graphic design is also a real plus but not required!
*This is a full time contract position.*
